West Virginia Ethics Commission Issues Public Reprimand

Charleston, W.Va. – The West Virginia Ethics Commission entered into a Conciliation Agreement with Tiffany Fell, City Manager of Clarksburg, West Virginia. The Conciliation Agreement states that Fell violated the Ethics Act by using her public office for private gain by bringing her infant child to the workplace, during which City employees engaged in holding and attending to the child during work hours, in violation of W.
