Charleston, WV – The West Virginia Ethics Commission announced today that it will begin accepting 2021-2022 lobbyist registrations on November 16, 2020. Current registrations are set to expire on January 11, 2021. Any lobbyist who completes a registration prior to January 14, 2021, will be included in the 2021 Directory of Registered Lobbyists.
As part of their registration, lobbyists must complete (1) a WV Lobbyist Payment and Registration Information Cover Sheet; (2) a Lobbyist Registration Statement; and (3) an Employer Representation/Authorization form for each employer or entity represented. These forms are available on the Ethics Commission’s website at www.ethics.wv.gov.
The registration fee is $100 per lobbyist and $100 per employer represented.
