CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Ethics Commission announced today that it will begin accepting 2019-2020 lobbyist registrations on November 8, 2018. To be included in the 2019 Directory of Registered Lobbyists, registrations must be submitted no later than December 11, 2018.
As part of their registration, lobbyists must submit a Payment Cover Sheet, a Lobbyist Registration Statement, and Employer Representation/Authorization forms for each employer or entity represented.
The registration fee is $100 per lobbyist and $100 per employer represented.
