CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Ethics Commission announces that public employees and officials who are required to complete Financial Disclosure Statements, pursuant to the West Virginia Ethics Act, must submit completed forms on or before February 2, 2015.

Prior filers who provided an email address on their previously filed Statement will be sent an email which attaches a blank form and instructions on completing the form. Blank forms and instructions will be sent via U.S. Mail only to those who have not provided the Commission with an email address.
