The West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property will conduct a public auction on Saturday, October 31, 2009, at 2700 Charles Avenue in Dunbar. Gates to the auction site will open at 9 a.m., with the sale beginning promptly at 10 a.m.
Among the state property scheduled to be on the auction block are various vehicles, including a 2003 Ford 12-passenger van, a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria, a 1995 Jeep Cherokee, and a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu.
Equipment to be sold includes a three-phase Delco generator; a gas Frymaster deep fryer; a Sportcraft turbo air hockey table; dated Fiestaware (no dinner plates or bowls); a Sun modular engine analyzer; a John Deere 42-inch cut lawn tractor; computer equipment; and office furniture.
Potential bidders may inspect the sale property through October 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Dunbar location. Payment on the day of the auction may be made by cash, check, and Visa/MasterCard. All property is subject to prior sale.
