The West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property (WVSASP) will offer its second annual Customer Appreciation Day on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 2700 Charles Avenue in Dunbar. The general public is welcome to visit and purchase merchandise from the lot and warehouses during its extended hours from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. during this event.
“We took the opportunity last year to say ‘thank you’ to our many loyal customers, as well as inviting those who may not be familiar with what we have to offer, and the response was wonderful,” says Elizabeth Perdue, WVSASP Manager. “This year gives us the chance to continue on that success, by extending our hours and giving more time for everyone to come to our warehouse and see the great deals available.”
The type of property available during the sale includes office furnishings, household furniture, vehicles, tools and equipment. Vertical filing cabinets will be 75 percent off and wood office desks will be 25 percent off. Refreshments will be offered throughout the day.
Payment methods accepted during the Customer Appreciation Day include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No items will be invoiced after 7 p.m.
