All requests for maintenance or grounds issues should be directed to your agency building coordinator. If your organization does not have a designated building coordinator, you may contact the General Services Division’s Service Desk by calling 304.558.2317, sending an email to
GSDServiceDesk@wv.gov, or submitting a request to the Service Desk using the “Submit Request” tab on their website at
www.generalservices.wv.gov.
