The West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2024 and Friday, July 5, 2024, in observance of the Independence Day federal holiday. The Dunbar facility will reopen Monday, July 8, 2024. The Warehouse will reopen Monday, July 8, 2024.
WV Surplus is responsible for the ethical retirement and sale of state property. Items retired by the state are available for purchase by members of the general public as well as eligible organizations, state agencies, local municipalities, and more. As a self-funded entity, WV Surplus is here to serve West Virginia by offering good, usable property at a fair price.
