Who can shop at WV Surplus?
Members of the public are invited to shop at WV Surplus during its normal business hours and through its online auction site,
GovDeals. State employees, excluding those who work for the Purchasing Division and WV Surplus, are also able to make purchases as members of the public.
Hours and Location
WV Surplus is open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding state holidays. The warehouse is located at 2700 Charleston Ave. in Dunbar, WV.

WV Surplus receives a wide variety of inventory from file cabinets to boats. Common items found at WV Surplus include:

- Credenzas
- Vending Machines
- File Cabinets
- Vehicles

Purchase and Payment
All items purchased from WV Surplus, excluding vehicles, must be removed at the time of purchase. WV Surplus accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, and bank-certified checks.
Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
